Highway 2 westbound road closure Sept. 27, 28 and 29

QUINTE WEST, Sept. 25, 2023 – Highway 2 from 2nd Dug Hill Road to County Road 40 will be closed to westbound traffic for paving operations as part of a water main installation project on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

  • Thursday, Sept. 28, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Friday, Sept. 29, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Access to Little Farm Boulevard from Highway 2 will be maintained for local traffic. 

All other Highway 2 westbound traffic will be detoured using the following route: south on 2nd Dug Hill Road, west on County Road 33, and north on County Road 40. See the detour map below. 

Eastbound traffic is not affected by the closure.
