On Demand price increase

This notice was sent out in December. It has been brought to our attention that some people may not have seen it.

To Our Valued Clients,

As many of you may have noticed, we have not increased our fares in 10 years. We have made every effort to keep user fares at a very affordable rate to ensure that our clients have access to the service as they require it.

However over the last several years we have experienced a dramatic increase in operational costs such as fuel, maintenance, repairs etc.

After carefully reviewing the increased operational costs we are forced to increase each trip by $1.00 effective February 1, 2024. This will allow us to keep our current service levels.
